EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER

Excellent written communication and arithmetic skills are required.
Proven three to five years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Graduate Certificate preferred.
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
Must possess good computational ability with emphasis on excel and word applications.
Working knowledge of the hospitality industry preferred (but not required).
The ability to work under pressure, proactive approach to problem-solving with decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

At least graduate of high school or equivalent education required.
2 years of experience as a housekeeping supervisor in a 3-star hotel or above.
5 years of experience in the housekeeping department in a 3-star hotel or above.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.

HR RECRUITMENT OFFICER

2-3 years of recruiting experience (Headhunter company is a plus).
Knowledgeable on prevalent recruitment strategies and practice in the industry
Proficient in utilizing various sourcing methods such as online job portals and social media.
Good in verbal and written communication skills
Effective negotiation skills.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Must have a valid license or NC II certificate.
Experience working in a spa or therapy center environment preferred.
Proficient knowledge of reflexology, Swedish, hot stone, trigger point, sports, and deep tissue massage.
Comfortable with performing massages on diverse clients.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

TAX COMPLIANCE AND AUDIT SPECIALIST

Graduate of BS Accounting, Finance or a related field is required, CPA preferred but not required
2 years of experience in taxation covering review, filing and payments coming from an auditing or accounting firm.
Strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting principles, Proficiency in tax compliance and reporting. Familiar with the internal revenue code of the Philippines.
Ability to analyze financial and operational data to assess tax implications of business transactions.
Strong written and verbal communications skills for interacting with stakeholders and explaining tax issues in the business terms.

CHEF DE PARTIE

At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant (hotel experience is a major advantage, but not required).
Must have an experience running a kitchen team.
Must have the ability to multi-task.
Must have the ability to work under pressure.
Must possess basic ability to speak, read, and write English.

WAITER

With at least 3 years of experience as a waiter
Excellent grooming standards
Committed to deliver high levels of customer service.
Willing to work shifting schedule.
Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
